Very quiet, private, and very well equipped with many extras. Our community of La Puntilla is located in an exclusive gated community of 19 homes, with 24 hour security. Private pool, shaded outdoor eating and sitting area with ceiling fans to keep cool. 6 pool loungers and 4 extra stacking chairs for outdoor use.

The lovely walkable beach is just steps away, with swimming beaches a few minutes either left or right. The Marina is a 10-12 minute walk where you can purchase fresh caught seafood. Open until 3 every afternoon. Dozens of restaurants and shops are just a little bit farther. The new El Faro lighthouse restaurant is a 2 minute walk.

This vacation home has many extras. Very well equipped kitchen includes: Vita Mix, air fryer, Soda Stream, & spices. plastic wrap, tin foil, food storage containers, Henckel knives. New fridge is hooked up to a reverse osmosis system for fabulous ice cubes. You will never run out of drinking water! It also has a large drawer freezer section. Lots of dishes, various glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans, serving ware, and bakeware. There is also a microwave and dishwasher. Other appliances are Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, electric kettle, Magic Bullet, and electric juicer.

All beds have bamboo sheets, with mattress protectors and quality bedding. Each bed has comfortable mattresses and headboards.

The new custom entertainment unit has bar ware, books, games, & printer/scanner. Also contains the new 65 inch smart TV.

Other extras: Coleman cooler, small soft cooler, ice packs. For outside: Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrella, six pool loungers with side tables, three large umbrellas, beautiful landscaping. Inflatables for the pool, some life jackets.

Guests have access to cleaning supplies, front load washer/dryer.

Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

-100% refund if cancelled 120 or more days before check in date, less $200 CAD rebooking fee.

-75% refund if cancelled 90-119 days before check in date, less $200 CAD rebooking fee.

-No refund if cancelled 89 days or less before check in date. Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of $1000 CAD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 7 adults including children.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 120.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds). Larger dogs, please discuss with owner. Pets allowed: Cat, Dog A pet fee of 120.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Fee applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. There may be a discount for fewer guests not using all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
