Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 GBP is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Guest pays a 10.00 fee if they check in after 11 pm.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 8.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Tourism Marketing Fee

There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)

Parking

Parking is free.

Internet Service & Fee

A fee is charged for Internet Fee of 15.00 GBP is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.

The property does not have a phone.
