CANCELLATION POLICIES:
FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS (under 14 nights):
High & Mid Seasons (5 Jan – 14 April, 15 Nov – 18 Dec)
100% Refund if cancelling 15 days before the arrival date.
Low Season (15 April – 14 Nov)
100% Refund if cancelling 5 days before the arrival date.
No refund if cancelling after the required notice period.
No Shows and Early Departures Non-Refundable for all reservations
FOR MONTHLY RENTS:
100% Refund if cancelling 60 days prior the arrival date.
50% Refund if cancelling 59-6 days prior the arrival date.
No refund if cancelling 5 days prior arrival date.
5% Administration Fee applies to all refunds for all reservations
No Shows and Early Departures Non-Refundable for all reservations
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing Visa & Master Card.
PayPal plus 5% commission on top.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the rent.
Monthly Rental booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the rent plus a Secutirty deposit of $1000 usd, for longer stays the Security Deposit will vary.
Security or Damage Deposit
Upon booking:
FOR A MONTHLY STAY $1000 usd Security deposit is required. The amount varies depending on the length of the stay. You can discuss the exact amount with the property manager, in the grace Period.
The Secutiry Deposit is fully refundable, assuming there is no damage done to the property.
Upon Check in:
FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS (under 14 nights) and FOR A MONTHLY STAY A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival (VISA & Master Card only accepted) paid directly to the hotel on arrival, refundable if there is no damage done to the property.
Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
One-time fee of 10.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of $75.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort
Payment Balance:
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS (under 14 nights):

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
