Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

No children allowed under 18 years old.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older., Maximum of 3 Adults.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 3 days during a stay.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent

Tourism Marketing Fee

Tourism Marketing Fee applied to owner's portion of rent

Parking is free.
