Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 50 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner. Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 60 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are no requirements.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 12.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service. Linens changed for an additional 5.00 per maid service. Requests for this service must be received well in advance of your stay.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent Towels are not allowed outside of the property.

Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)

One-time fee of 5.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Turnover (including "Meet & Greet") Fee Paid in cash at check-in.

Parking

Parking is free.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services Fee of 25.00 USD is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 2 occupants). A guest must request this optional service. Owner offers airport transfers.

Tourism Marketing Fee

There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)

Air Conditioning & Fees
