The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you will need, and the kitchen table seats 6 for dinner parties with friends (or for feeding the new friends your kids made at the pool!). The table on the deck seats 4-6 with a barbecue. The master bedroom has a top of line King bed with high thread count linens. The master has its own flat panel. Master ensuite has a soaker tub, separate shower area, and granite counter tops. The second bedroom has its own ensuite with a queen bed. There is a pull-out queen in the open loft area.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 CAD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 3 days prior to arrival. Long-term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
