Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival)

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 157.50 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Damage Deposit of 350.00 as an authorization only will be taken directly by the owner. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 CAD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
