Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 05:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm.
