Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in beautiful Davenport, Florida, 10 minutes drive from Disney World, Sea World and close to all other attractions. This condo has been completely updated and refurnished and has recently received a "WVR Platinum Rating" meaning that it is one of the few most modern condos located on the resort. The master and second bedrooms contain Queen-size beds, the third bedroom has twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room, in total sleeping a maximum of 8. The living room and master bedroom each lead onto their own balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. The master bedroom en-suite bathroom contains a bath, while the second bathroom has a generous walk-in shower. The washing machine and dryer make any amount of laundry an effortless task. The apartment is fully and automatically air-conditioned. The kitchen has all the modern equipment you would expect. There is a 42" TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own 22"TV. The condo also has free wireless internet access. Television feeds are cable.

Terms And Conditions

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 110.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, you can use reschedule for a later date. Or if the condo can be rented for your dates, a refund will be provided.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
