Guests have access to all areas except staff accommodations. Guests are able to reach a property manager by direct message, email or telephone 24 hours a day. Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 200.0 USD
