The villa is located in the Costa Brava just 64 kilometers north of Barcelona. Excellent train service and good roads put all of Spain and Southern France's attractions within easy reach. This spacious 5,000 square foot villa was built in 1994 and has an elevator.. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and heated. The villa is situated midst a pine grove in a residential area with 24 hour security service. Residents may use the clubhouse and facilities with an Olympic-sized pool, tennis courts, and a restaurant on the beach. All rooms in the villa have sea views, double-glazed windows with screens, and the entire house is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the Barcelona airport by the owner (from May to October) who speaks English, Spanish, German, Italian, French and his native language, Catalan. The owner is available upon request to escort you on day trips to the surrounding countryside including wineries and cafes in Spain and France. Layout of the Villa: First floor: The common area for all units. The pool area on the first floor is backed by a 500 square foot living - dining room, kitchenette, fireplace, and bathroom. A 30'x15' tiled swimming pool offers unobstructed views of this lovely part of the Mediterranean Sea. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Second Floor: Main house. This level has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms. The kitchen is totally equipped with every imaginable appliance and gadget. The living room and dining room is fully furnished with beautiful antiques plus a fireplace, and a large TV. Here there is a 20'x 20' tiled outdoor terrace with an electrically operated shade awning. Third floor: Suite A - A gracious suite with a king sized bed, fireplace, large TV with Satellite, a full bathroom with sunken tub and jacuzzi jets, a separate shower stall, a toilet and bidet and two sinks, all clad in attractive marble. There is an antique writing desk and a sofa, making it a little apartment of it's own. The entire length of the 600 square foot room is glassed in with sliding doors opening onto a large tiled terrace with awnings overlooking the Mediterranean and the pool below. Third floor: Suite B - Another beautiful suite with a king-sized bed, fireplace, large TV, full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a separate shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink. There is a full kitchen - dining area and a sofa. This great 550 square foot suite has a beautiful terrace with a large awning overlooking the ocean. 20'x 15' swimming pool overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.
