Welcome to our top floor pent house apartment fitted with a luxury kitchen with quartz worktops and provides accommodation in one of the best locations in Bournemouth. The apartment is perfect for a holiday getaway or longer stay for work or corporate requirements. With 3 bedrooms comprising of 1 king size with ensuite shower room, 1 double bedroom and a further single bedroom the property can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 5 guests. Guests will have access to smart TV in the lounge with Roku, washing machine and access to the properties communal grounds. Free parking is available on site for 1 car, with additional free parking available across the road. Talbot Woods is famous for its luxury villa style houses and tree lined roads, located within a 5 minute walk of the Meyrick Park Golf Course and Park, the famous blue flag beaches of Bournemouth and Poole are 3 minute drive or 20 minute brisk walk from the apartment. Winton Highstreets is within a 5 minute walk of the property and independent bars, coffee shops and restaurants can be sampled here. The nearest airport is Bournemouth airport within 6 miles, the nearest train station is Bournemouth Station within 1.4 miles.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 20 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 20 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
