Our four bedroom three bathroom vacation rental home in the beautiful Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club Community. It is the perfect location for a large family group or two families staying together although we often have small groups and couples also choosing to stay. The house has a Disney-theme throughout, from the photos on the walls, the hand-painted artwork and decorative light-switches, it it a family-friendly space in which to take your dream vacation or maybe even your annual vacation. While the two en suite master bedrooms have touches of Disney, the two twin rooms (which can be made into king beds on request) are fully themed as The Lion King and Finding Nemo, from the bedside lamp, alarm clocks, stuffies, bed linen and wall art.

The swimming pool is west-facing, which is great for a cool swim in the early morning before the sun gets too high. That said, the sun falls onto the pool and deck by mid-morning and stays through sunset. There are four sun loungers available as well as a table for eight and eight chairs so that the entire group can sit together or have a meal on our pool-safe melamine dinner service. Our Disney Cars Games Room has an 8-foot pool table and three lengths of pool cue so even the younger guests can have a go. There is also air hockey and foosball, as well as a safety dartboard. The closet contains dozens of board games and puzzles and we have rails for our large collection of dressing up clothes, including several Disney characters. There are also spares in here - for darts, foosball - as well as tennis balls for use with our supplied tennis rackets. If fishing is more your thing there is a fishing rod available. Our storage unit is filled to the brim with stuffies, dolls, cars and a box of LEGO. Bullseye, the Toy Story rocking horse will take your toddlers for a gallop. There is a cable TV in here so there's no need to miss the game during your very own games tourney.

Access: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am (early and late check outs may be available and a fee may be charged - ask for details). However, you don't have to drive around half the night looking for an office, with us you get your own exclusive security code valid only for the period of your stay. This is supplied to you shortly before arrival and can be given to all your party. You are then able to arrive as late as you like.

Security: The community has 24-hour manned security for your peace of mind and our own home has its own security system with monitored alarm and CCTV. We provide a safe for your use free of charge, which is large enough to hold several laptops as well as passports or other personal documents. Pool safety is paramount so there is a pool fence which can assist in preventing small children wandering into the pool. Each door and window that lets out onto the pool deck also has an alarm which, when set, can sound if the door or window is opened. Children should never be allowed onto the pool deck unsupervised however.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit Short notice requests can only be paid by Credit Card.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older. Allow groups of families or couples. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation charge 60 days or more prior to arrival: Loss of deposit.30 - 59 days prior to arrival: Loss of 70% of full amount, or deposit if greater15 - 29 days prior to arrival: Loss of 85% of full amount or deposit if greater

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
