Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 50 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 200 USD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 90.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 30.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.
