Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 400 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
