For large families the living room includes a sofa-bed (sleeps 2). After a long day in the parks, relax in the south facing pool and - or the jacuzzi. These are south facing for maximum daily sun exposure. If you like to take a night dive enjoy the changing color pool lights and warm water provided free of charge if using our solar pool heating system. The pool deck - lanai includes comfortable pool furniture and BBQ. Enjoy watching a movie on a 55' flat screen LED HDTV. If that is not enough, catch some other entertainment on the internet. High speed wireless internet is included and available in the entire villa. And if you still don't find anything interesting, get the family together for a mini-Olympics competition: Play with the pool table, air hockey table, or Foosball table in the game room. Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300.00 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 95.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
