Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 7:00 AM

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 70 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 39.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) Payment by credit card via PayPal a 3.5% fee is added to the total amount due (rental plus security deposit). I will accept both USD and GBP.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 25.00 per night based on 1 night or 175.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Calling Cards are required for Long Distance calls.

Cleaning on Departure

Fee of 120.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 6 nights in duration.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 10 Adults.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. A guest must request this optional service.

Parking

Parking is free.
