The moment you arrive and enter the underground parkade, with your unique entry code and designated parking place, your vacation starts. The elevator takes you strait from the parkade to the top floor, where you will find your unit.. You can then enter your condo with a touch keypad. No keys to get lost or to share out amongst your group. On entering your unit you will be met with a breathtaking view through the 2 story windows East to Benchlands and the Three Sisters mountain range. As the day comes to a close you can share a BBQ with your family or friends on the balcony. This unit is decorated with lodge style decor. Even tho the unit is 21st century we have tried to keep the soft furnishings as you would find in a cozy mountain cabin. We hope that this will inspire you to explore the history of Canmore itself. There are numerous trails that begin only a few yards from Canmore Crossing, waiting for you to start your adventure. We are able to offer three queen beds for your comfort. One queen bed in each of the bedrooms and a hideaway queen bed in the living area. We supply tea, coffee and sugar along with some locally produced chocolate as a welcoming gesture. Your condo is equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home, from teaspoons to towels. Extra towels are provided for the roof top hot tubs. Fortunately, there are two supermarkets within a few steps so no need to bring supplies with you. Located, as we are, in the heart of Canmore, you have a wide selection of restaurants and pubs that serve a variety of dishes, from fast food to fine dining, for those romantic nights away or family celebrations. However, if you enjoy cooking at home, you will find everything you need in the well appointed kitchen. Canmore also boasts many art galleries, clothing and tourist shops. The new Elevation Place sports complex is just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment so for those of you who enjoy swimming or rock climbing visit the latest addition to Canmore’s infrastructure, which also boasts a fully equipped gym. However, don’t forget there is a small gym just along the corridor from your condo. This unit is privately owned and operated.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival the Owner portion of the rent will be refunded. If you cancel 16-30 days prior to arrival, 50% is refunded. If you cancel 15 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount is forfeited.
