This villa is part of Casa de Campo Hotel and Villas, know as "the most complete" luxury resort in the Caribbean and beyond. Amenities include an unequalled variety of installations, facilities and services: private ocean beach, four 18 hole world-class Golf Courses, Tennis Center, Ridding Center, Polo Fields, Shooting Center, Kids Club, Hotel Casa de Campo (Leading Hotels of the World), large Marina (with shopping mall, movie theaters, multiple restaurants and bars), Walking and Biking trails, Water Sports activities. Famous is the medieval style Artist village of Altos de Chavon, with Wedding Chapel, Restaurants and 5000 pax Amphitheater (inaugurated by Frank Sinatra). The villa is especially attractive for its great outdoor life facilities, large inside - outside terraces with two swimming pools, adjoining an immense garden area and great overview of the resort, with ocean view from the terrace of the master bedroom. There is a large, stylish decorated living area and dining area for up to ten persons. The spacious bedrooms are on the second floor. A wide parking area is right outside the villa entrance, with direct access to the resort steet. GUEST INFORMATION and RENTAL RULES The villa, located within Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, is completely equipped and furnished. Subject to this rental is the use of the villa and its outside areas, except for the use of a third bedroom which will be kept locked for storage (may be made available for longer-term or larger-group rentals). Also included in the rent is the reasonable use of all utilities, like electricity, water, cooking gas, Wi-Fi, cable TV , air conditioning in all bedrooms. Complimentary, private maid service is six days a week, 09:00 am to 04:00 pm, special arrangements possible. . Guests will be registered at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, receiving each adult a guest identification card. This will provide access to major resort facilities (like beach, hotel areas, marina, Altos de Chavon village, sport areas), while sport activities, like golf, tennis, horseback riding, water sports must be paid for, same as hotel guests have to do. For all rentals of private villas, the resort charges a fee of USD 25.00 per night, per adult and USD 12.00 for children from 10 to 15 years of age. This fee must be paid by guest, upon check-in, directly to the resort administration. Guests who arrive with a personal invitation by the villa owner may not have to pay this fee. This is a private property within a hotel and residential resort community. The resort keeps tight 24-hours security control throughout and around the resort. Guests are solely responsible and reliable for all actions taken by any member or guest of their group, while on or around the property, including any illness, injuries, accidents, loss or damage of personal property or other causes for a liability claim. Guests agree to deliver the property in the same condition as received. They and their party are responsible for the proper use of the property, its equipment and furniture, which should be used only for their intended purposes. Scheduled parties, celebrations, have to be pre-approved by the owner, as well as hiring of additional service personnel. No illegal substances, like drugs, firearms, firecrackers are allowed within or around the property. There is a non-smoking policy within the villa and some resort areas. Guests and their company agree not to generate disturbances and grievances to neighboring properties. Each rental requires a rental confirmation by the villa owner. After confirmation of the rental agreement, any additional guests or overnight stays require authorization by the villa owner.
