High Speed Internet, excellent wifi, and a beautiful very private patio with fantastic mountain views, bbq and patio furniture are also included. Very quiet, yet steps away from heated pool, Jacuzzy and gym. Just got this review in: Bill and Irene Palm Springs, California Our winter vacations in Palm Springs As snowbirds we’ve spent the past 4 years (Jan thru Mar) in this condo and certainly enjoyed our stays as well as our golfing adventures. Features we really liked are: large balcony, beautiful mountain view , short distance to the pool , 2 firm queen sized beds and a very well equipped kitchen. Certainly recommend this condo to our friends.

Terms And Conditions

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 160.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of laundry.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Parking

Parking is free.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 21 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Key is mailed to guest. Check In/Out times are not flexible.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 USD

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Property Heating is included in the rent Extra fees charge for unreasonable use.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 160.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
