Located a few miles north of Cahors in the Lot département of South West France, the area boasts outstanding natural beauty and various attractions. Paris is accessible within approximately 2 hours by train (TGV to Cahors) or a five-hour drive. The closest major airport is Toulouse, just over an hour away, with regional airports such as Bergerac, Agen, and Rodez about 40 miles distant.


Situated at the end of a road, the farmhouse ensures tranquility without passing traffic, allowing guests to relax amidst the wooded landscape. The property features four bedrooms: a master ensuite double, a double or twin room with a bathroom, a twin room with a shower room, and a twin room with bunk beds and an adjacent bathroom. While internet connectivity is available, speeds may be limited, suitable for basic tasks like email and social media but less so for high-bandwidth streaming. Entertainment options include a television with DVD player, a table tennis table, and a selection of games and books. Ample lawn space is available for various outdoor activities such as soccer, baseball, and cricket.

The nearest shopping town, Catus, is approximately 3 miles away, while the historic regional center of Cahors is about a 25-minute drive. Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 56 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 GBP is due 56 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. There is no fence/gate around the pool.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 60.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Weekly rate per pet is 60.00. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 225.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
