Super Clean like New Detached Studio Style Cottage with King Bed. This is an open concept cottage (with separate bathroom) so it doesn't have a wall - door to separate the bed area from the living room area. You can watch TV in bed in this cottage. Living room has sofa, electric fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD on bell expressvu satellite service. The Cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher, it's own deck with propane bbq and patio table set. Air Conditioning and WiFi Connection in the cottage. This cottage is for Adults only so no children please. Also no pets allowed in this cottage. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage but you can smoke outside on the deck area. We offer an Outdoor Heated Pool open late June through till Labour Day Monday. 5-8 minutes to both the East and West Entrance of Cavendish Beach. Withing 5-8 minutes of 4 Championship Golf Courses. Open June through September.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. The credit card must be provided by the guest booking the reservation. No third party credit cards will be accepted.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Linen
A fee is charged for Linen Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
