New 1 bedroom deluxe cottage sleeps up to 4-5 , 1 queen bed, Couch pulls out to be a double bed and a fold away cot. This cottage rents weekly Saturday to Saturday from Aug 1-22.. Nightly rentals are available outside of those dates. This Cottage cannot be rented for the CBMF dates on this site. Heated Swimming Pool on site. Air Conditioning and Wireless Internet Connection in this cottage. Cottage has its own deck with propane bbq and patio chairs. Cottage has a whirlpool tub with shower, living room has an electric fireplace. Cavendish is 38 km NW of Charlottetown (about a 30 minute drive), approximately in the middle of the province's north shore. No trip to Prince Edward Island would be complete without a visit to the Anne of Green Gables and Lucy Maud Montgomery attractions. In Cavendish, you'll find the farmhouse originally owned by relatives of author Lucy Maud Montgomery that helped inspire "Anne of Green Gables" and other Anne-centric attractions. Virtually next door is Prince Edward Island National Park, which features prime beaches and pink-sand dunes. Just minutes to all the Family Attractions. Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. The credit card must be provided by the guest booking the reservation. No third party credit cards will be accepted.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Linen

A fee is charged for Linen Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
