Windmill is situated on the outskirts of Cercal Do Alentejo. It is a fifteen minute walk into the town with its many cafes, restaurants and shops and the coastal resort of Villa De Milfontes is an easy fifteen minute drive away.

The property consists of a converted windmill, annex and pool set in a 1000 m2 walled garden.

The windmill has a cosy lounge with a wood burner, an ensuite bedroom with a super king size bed and a basement bedroom with bunk beds and an adjacent toilet. The annex which is across the patio from the windmill has a large kitchen / diner with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom. There is a pellet burner for use in those cooler months of the year. The pretty gardens provide lots of space to relax, a purpose built BBQ and 10 x 6 metre pool.
