The villa occupies an impressive location overlooking the village of Maureillas yet is less than 10 minutes walk away. A detached, 2-storey villa with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms set in 2000m3 of garden. All bedrooms are spacious doubles. The kitchen is large and modern and the living room is also huge. Doors from both kitchen and living room lead out onto the terrace from where there are panoramic views . Swimming pool is 4m x 10m and located just below the house on the next terrace. The space The villa has been completely renovated and modernised over the last 3 years. There is underfloor heating to all rooms at ground level and bedroom 3 on the upper level. A huge fireplace in the living room creates extra heat when needed. The garden is on 3 sides of the house and the pool is on the terrace below accessed by fairly steep stone steps. Views from upper terrace and pool terrace are fantastic. There is a built-in outside barbeque on the dining terrace.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 500 GBP.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 GBP is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 200.00 GBP is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
