Experience Magical Portal House
This 6 bed 6 bath villa in ChampionsGate resort near Disney World is Disney themed for the whole family. We honor all Disney eras including Marvel's Avengers, Pixar, Mickey Mouse, & Disney Princesses. You will love the Tron game room, Pixar movie room, immersive kids rooms, private south facing heated pool & spa, free WiFi & Oasis Clubhouse access, and is near Greg Norman designed golf courses. We even provide complimentary baby amenities. All bedrooms include a Roku TV, each equipped with Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Apple TV, and Spectrum Cable.

POOL AND LANAI
Enjoy the Florida outdoors in our screen protected private pool and spa where you can relax on our private lanai, relax in the pool, or simply enjoy a meal in the nice Florida warmth.
Pool & Spa access is free, with heating available at cost from 8am-10pm for your whole stay if notified at least 3 days before your stay. As with most pools, although it's heated, it does not reach the higher heat levels of a spa. There is a full bathroom next to the pool for convenient access from outside.
For the safety of your family, we have a pool fence (removable if you don't need it) and pool door alarms connected to the two doors accessing the pool that will make noise when the door opens unless pressed, or if the door is left open.
HOME AMENITIES
For babies, we provide mini crib, 2 pack-n-plays (travel cots), 2 high chairs, booster seat, baby gate, foldable playpen, pool fence, and more free to use during your stay.
Guests will have free access to the Oasis Clubhouse including lazy river, water slides, large pool, tiki bar, restaurant, fitness center, business center, arcade, cinema, and sand volleyball courts.
We provide a starter kit for the first 1-2 days of paper towel roll in the kitchen, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, some garbage bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, 1 sponge, dishwasher soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee, and tea. Guests are responsible for any additional amounts needed beyond the starter kit. We can recommend stores nearby.
Grill may be rented at a flat rate of $75 (optional). Pool heat cost is $35/night for the full stay (optional).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guests have free access to two resort clubhouses even before check-in and after check-out.

Security or Damage Deposit
A non-refundable damage waiver for $75 is due 30 days before check-in. The guest has an alternate option for a $500 refundable deposit.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 249.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Mid-Stay Cleaning service may be available at additional cost of $249.00 USD.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Remaining amount due 90 days before check-in. Payment plans are negotiable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed before 90 before arrival with full refund (minus any bank transactions fees). For cancellation between 30-90 days of arrival, 50% of the payment is refundable. For Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.25 percent surcharge. No surcharge for Direct Bank Deposit or Zelle. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Venmo, Stripe, Zelle accepted in $USD, £GBP, or $CAD.
