The house is ideally situated in South Chaweng, 300 meters from the main ‘Ring Road’ and less than a kilometer from the white powdery beaches of beautiful Chaweng Beach, making the villa a perfect base. The island’s most popular bustling beachside strip offers a vibrant nightlife and shopping, while the airport is only 15 minutes north, as are the boutique bars and bistros of Bophut’s Fisherman’s Village and famed ‘Walking Street’ of stylish restaurants and comfortable pubs with views across to Koh Phangan. A short drive away is the famous Central Festival shopping mall, with international supermarket, amazing shopping and many dining options. In the opposite direction is the island’s most beautiful drive going south as it curves around the mountains with fantastic viewing posts for gazing out over the sea and wonderful restaurants perched above the ocean.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
