Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Stripe, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed but No pet over 30 pounds. only Dog with security deposit of $200, Pet must be vaccinated. and Pet fee for $30/pet max of 2 pet. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 200.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
