The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 1 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.
