Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 120 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 300.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Fee of 50.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 50.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Weekly rate per pet is 200.00. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free. No parking permit is required. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis.
