The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 15 days prior to arrival.
