Terms And Conditions

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 80 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, 70 percent of all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 850 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest pays a 250.00 fee if they check in after 9 pm. Key is provided at check in. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest pays a 350.00 fee if they check in after mid-night. Check-in is not possible after 2 am.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. Property is not suitable for party groups. If unreasonably noisy, guest is fined the amount agreed to between the owner and guest.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 18 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children., Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Proof of age may be required for all guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to start the first load of laundry. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Linen

A fee is charged for Linen One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Towels are not allowed outside of the property. Beach towels should be brought by guest. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.

Tourism Marketing Fee

Tourism Marketing Fee applied to full rent (including the matching fee). Fee of 7.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A tourism marketing authority requires that we collect & contribute a fee.

Parking

A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking. Fee of 30.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service. The fee and/or deposit only applies if you require parking. There is a charge for a lost parking pass.

Internet Service & Fee

Internet is included in the rent Password is in the check-in package.. Password is available at the check-in front desk..

Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)

Fee of 7.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) Paid in cash at check-in.

Telephone Fee

The property does not have a phone. Guest's mobile phone is available for rent.

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air Conditioning is included in the rent Air conditioning is included in the rent. There is no fee charged. Excessive use will be charge for by deducting the cost from the security deposit. The air conditioned rooms include the entire house.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 75.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
