Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. An accidental damage waiver of liability is REQUIRED and provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of $45 for stays up to 30 days in length, $78 for stays of 31-60 days and $99 for stays of 61-90 days. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit of $1,500. This fee is not included in the quote provided by Owner Direct. In addition there is a $350 Security Deposit (Refundable) for items not covered by damage insurance (such as, but not limited to: Late check-out charges, smoking, pets, over-occupancy, excess trash, extra cleaning necessary etc). The waiver and damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
