Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 70 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due 70 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 70 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded. Please note that the above Cancellation Policy includes all Covid related cancellations as well.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 175.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 7 days) A guest must request this optional service.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 175.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 14 nights in duration.
