Great villa which is tastefully decorated that will sleep 8 people. The spacious Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV as well as the family room . Telephone service with free US calls and the villa has internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped and all towels and linens are provided. The pool area has a great view of the lake and there is a pathway that leads to the clubhouse. Great view from the pool overlooking the lake which has a circular path to walk around to the clubhouse and the pool can be heated in the cooler months. Conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. The on site amenities within this secure gated resort are second to none and include the 9,000+ square foot clubhouse that features a cyber café, sundry shop, exercise facility, and a lakefront gazebo. Fishing is allowed from the dock.

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 30.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 40 or more days prior to arrival)

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Calling Cards are required for Long Distance calls.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 30.00 per night based on 4 nights or 200.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is pro-rated using weekly rate.

Parking is free.

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
