This COVID certified apartment is detached from any of the others and hosting both front and back balconies. It has been furnished to provide comfort and relaxation whilst maintaining simplicity and class. This apartment overlooks Falmouth Harbour, a view to be enjoyed with a coffee and a book or a glass of wine and the sunset. You can open the apartment to the Island breeze or switch on the air conditioning, shut the doors and enjoy the cool. Oasis' kitchen is furnished for four with a kitchen island topped with Dominican Mahogany and a balcony dining table with a view if you are one to entertain. Energie also has a modern, fully equipped gym for those wishing to workout during their stay. Energie is situated within walking distance of the Harbours supermarkets, marinas, restaurants, bars and beaches. The apartment is complete on it's own but is also a part of a complex which has a modern, fully equipped gym and yoga studio on site. Guests have complimentary access to the gym during their stay and for a small fee, can also attend any of the exercise or yoga classes. You have access to all laundry facilities.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
