Our Two Story Unit is nicely decorated and furnished, Granite Kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances , complete with everything you need. Large Living Room and Dining Room with large flat panel LCD TV , and Outside Patio with a relaxing atmosphere. Master Bedroom (Queen Size Bed). Second Bedroom Has 2 Twin Size Beds, Full Bathroom upstairs, Half Bathroom on the first floor. This unit is in a great location, across the pool, clubhouse and steps to the beach and fishing pier.

Payment Methods

Cheques Preferred. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
