Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 12 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 10 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due 5 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
