This beautiful suite features a king-size bed plus a sleeper sofa, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. Inside, you'll find an ergonomic desk and chair, two 50-inch HDTVs, a hairdryer, Nespresso machine, iron with an ironing board, a safe, and a doorbell with audio and strobe alert, among other thoughtful amenities. Daily cleaning services are provided to maintain a pristine environment throughout your stay.

As a guest, you'll have access to a range of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, a SkyDeck with a pool and jacuzzi, and the option to book rejuvenating treatments at the exclusive CONRAD Spa (please inquire for pricing and appointments).

1. REQUIRED FEES
RESORT FEE: Provide valid credit card and ID for the resort fee.$45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:

2. OPTIONAL FEES
VALET PARKING - $55/day (plus tax); paid in full at the time of check in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at time of booking if you need parking.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge, it’s just a hold for incidentals. Anything charged to the room will be deducted from this hold plus a 10% fee.
4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room.
Hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years old to check in and use hotel services.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Check In/Out times are not flexible. Guest pays a 65.00 fee if they check in after 8 pm. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbors.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
