Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 47 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 47 CAD.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 1 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are no requirements.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri,Sat,Sun during a stay.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent

Parking

Parking is free.
