We have a great private pool (heated in the winter months) and hot tub in the backyard, an outdoor kitchen with a professional gas grill, an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station in the garage, 7 Smart TV's, washer & dryer, and all of the amenities that will make this the best experience you've ever had in a short term rental. Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran) AND the Las Vegas Strip are each only about 12 miles away - all freeway driving - very easy access. Within a mile or two you'll find several restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, casinos, etc. The location is far enough away to be out of the "rat race", but close enough that it's not inconvenient to go to the strip or Allegiant Stadium for a Raiders game anytime you want. This is soon to be your favorite short term rental house that you've ever stayed at.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card, Stripe, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 2 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 2 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 10 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort
