2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo in an oceanside resort. Fully furnished and equipped. Living room with 50-inch TV and vinyl plank floors throughout. The main bedroom with queen bed with a private bath and 2nd bedroom with queen bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds. A hall bath serves 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and pots and pans. 2 coffee makers a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Short walk to Ocean via boardwalk over tidal marsh. 3 pools including 1 indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and 6 tennis courts, 2 of which are marked for pickleball, all free for guest use. Exercise area inside Bldg 3 atrium and outside BBQ area. Oceanfront bar and grill with restrooms at the end of the boardwalk. Poolside deli and bar. 5-7 minute walk over the boardwalk no streets to cross or steps to climb to the ocean once down on the ground floor. Outside storage locker with beach wagon, foldable chairs, and beach toys. 2 elevators near my condo. On the main bike path walk or bike to Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, and close to Kroger with Starbucks at Shelter Cove Town Center. Just 40 minutes by car to historic Savannah GA. Also located on the seasonal free Hilton Head Trolley route with connections all over the island trolley stop outside the front gate. Weekly rentals only in the Summer of 2024. Monthly rentals are available year round ask about availability and special rates. Why not stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for the price of a 1 bedroom? Weekly rentals only in prime spring and summer and weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Only amenities are shared with others nothing inside my condo and that is all private including the wireless network.

Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

3.75% are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , and Zelle US bank transfers.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 31 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is self check in and 24 hour gate, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 . Lock box code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only with the doors and windows closed. No vaping or illegal substances at all.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Maximum of 5 Adults.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 165.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Linen

Linens for bath towels and bed linens are included in the rent

Tourism Marketing Fee

There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)

Parking is free including some limited under building parking.
