The exterior staircase lands on a spacious open-plan living and dining area with large balconies overlooking the sea and the Albanian coasts. The large traditional kitchen, which has recently been refurbished, provides exceptional cupboard and dining space, an oven, a fridge, and all the necessary utensils for the family's cooking and dining. The tranquil apartment has two bedrooms. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 40 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
