Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 40 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night. Key is mailed to guest.
