The property features three unique rock pools, a family beach and a private beach next to Hedonism. Spend your time snorkelling, seeing the wonderful species of marine life, relaxing by the beach or the swimming pool as well as the option of playing tennis or Jogging along the Jogging Path.

The condo comes equipped with a queen size bed a 3 piece suite in the lounge - dining area and a dining table that seats 4. A fridge freezer, Cable TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, Air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Kitchen - self catering - comes with electric cooker - oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a coffee blender cutlery, blender and utensils.

24 hours security on site no uninvited guest are allowed on the property which is located between the Royalton and Hedonism.

There is also the local Petcom station and local craft market for souvenirs and local food on the main road opposite The Point.

Restaurants - many along the Norman Manley Blvd and the West End of Negril, some more rustic but serving absolutely delicious food either breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable cost. Some offer a free shuttle service to and from their restaurant.

Supermarkets - 10 mins to the Plaza along the Normal Manley Boulevard or 15 minutes taxi ride into town for other supermarkets.

Duty-free stores, ATM, restaurant and public beach on Norman Manley BLVD. Entertainment - Dance clubs, live beach entertainments and other nightlife or events during Spring Breaks, Dream Weekends and Jamaica Independence and other Bank holidays along Norman Manley BLVD or the West End.

For the whole family there is Cool Runnings Water Park which is the largest water park in Jamaica, it is located 5 minutes away via taxi/car along the Norman Manley BLVD. Taxis are available just outside the Point, travel into town or anywhere you wish but you need to negotiate the price.

Tours can also be arranged through local trusted drivers. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost. Long term rental also considered.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 45 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 80.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.)

Parking is free.
