Keahou Lani is a Great Place to Stay Property is beautiful. The golf course behind the house is no longer operational so it was a bit more private than expected, which was a bonus. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very secure and protected neighborhood. Plenty of space for 7 people. Home in paradise This home was beautiful! Very clean and the views were amazing! The kids spent hours in the pool. The area is quiet and private. There are homes right by each other but you wouldn&#x2019;t even know. Lots of fun geckos running around, which my grandkids loved! Beds were comfortable. The master suite is huge!<br/>I guess the only thing that I can say negative is that if you plan to have company over for dinner (we have friends and family on the island) make sure the security guards know or they won&#x2019;t let them in and even than my son had a hard time getting in and he already gave them picture id the first day. However it is a very secure property. I highly recommend this home for your time on this beautiful island! Our host was very nice also. Kona iron man trip Went to watch the iron man and relax for the following week. House was wonderful. Close to beach and grocery. Short drive to downtown kona. Family Vacation 2018 in Paradise We loved the house. Much bigger and more impressive in person. Adriana and Yuki were very informative and helpful. We had a chef come to the house and cook a meal for us which was wonderful. Everything in the house was beautiful, well made, and well laid out. Would definitely return to the island of Hawaii and rent another house, especially if we are traveling in a group. My only regret is that we couldn&#x2019;t stay longer or indefinitely! Wonderful home & good service We enjoyed staying at this home in Kona. Adriana did a really good job in terms of keeping in touch and helping us with a few things. The home is great for a family (we had seven people stay there very comfortably) with amazing views. One note is that the golf course pictured behind the home is inoperative so it's a bit different than in the pictures but the ocean is as stunning as it looks like it might be.

Restful Luxury An amazing property to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Hawaii and lots of space to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of every day. Relaxing in Luxury Our stay was perfect. We travelled our 3 adult children and my MIL. There was plenty of space for us all. The house was bigger than what we had pictured and the furnishings were all well taken care of. The boys spent every day in the pool and we spent many nights next to the pool playing card games. The house is close to kayaking and other water sports at Neahou Bay. It is a short drive to a grocery store. The house has a grill, which we used for BBQing. The home is relaxing, inviting and allows for space for everyone. There were some A/C issues which were dealt with promptly (Thank you Yuki and Dennis). I would highly recommend this wonderful home and hope to return one day.

Amazing place to stay! Phenomenal house, I highly recommend. Three families stayed, each two adults & one baby. Plenty of room, beautiful views, awesome pool & spa. We spent most of our time outside in the pool and on the lanai (patio). Overall, just a great place for a vacation -- we'll be back again soon!

5 Star House We had a wonderful stay in this house. Two families with 3 kids, 7 people total, and there was plenty of room to spread out and get some "space" when needed. The property managers greeted us at the house and had everything set. They were friendly, professional, and very informative. At this price with a pool, it was definitely better than a hotel. We recommend LUVA and especially this house to anyone that is looking.

Keauhou Lani We had a wonderful stay in Kailua/Kona. Our family loved the location, the house looked amazing in the pictures but even better in person! We had 8 family members and were very comfortable. The pool/lanai at Sunset can't be beat! Just spectacular! We will definitely come back again and recommend it to friends! Property Company and House Manager couldn't have been any more accommodating. House was centrally located for exploring the Island. Next time we'd like to enjoy the house more!

Awesome home The home, as others have written, was better than the pictures. It is very large with many areas to congregate. The lanai is huge with two separate areas and we only ate inside once during a thunderstorm. The views were great and better than being closer to the ocean. The golf course below was closed, so the lanai/pool area was very private. <br/>The beds were comfortable with extra pillows in a closet, if you like more than one. The master bedroom is gigantic and three other bedrooms are two floors up.<br/><br/>Only negatives were that the dishwasher currently has an electrical short where it zaps you when loading. There is a recall on Bosch electrical cords that needs to be dealt with and we told our representative about that. There were probably 8 or more ceiling lights that were burnt out. With a large group of 8 adults, it would have been nice if we could have used the two beverage refrigerators that were shut off at the fuse box with a label not to turn on. Electricity is expensive in Hawaii but you should be able to use everything in the home when paying $800/night, if that was the concern.<br/>We didn&#x2019;t need to turn on the air conditioning, as the night temperature was comfortable.<br/><br/>Overall, it was a great experience but don&#x2019;t party outside after 10 PM, or the neighbors will call security as they did one night. <br/>

Great property great management- a rare combination We decided to all stay together ...grandparents, children and grandchildren for 2 weeks for a rare opportunity to rest, enjoy each others company and do "whatever you want to do" for our first time on the big island, volcano or no volcano ! . The house was beautiful, very well kept, manicured garden, lovely pool just the right size, adjacent hot tub etc. Every little detail was available so you didnt have to worry eg paper towels, batteries, toilet paper, extra towels, sheets, shampoo etc. A custom made binder with a guide to local activities etc has been made up by the home owner. The neighborhood is gated, VERY quiet and serene with lovely high end homes built about 20 years ago. Great place to take walks in the mornings. The VIEW is incredible from the Lanai, very relaxing. Actually the BEST thing about the property was the SUPPORT provided by Ms. Yuki L. the property manager. She was extremely kind and exceptionally available whenever there were any issues. Her efforts made the difference between a good stay and an exceptional stay despite the usual things that happen in the maintenance of a large luxury home. We are very grateful to her and she would be a major reason to return again in the future. We attended many of the local classic activities eg beach, diving, snorkling, manta rays, restaurants, on the West side and went up into Waimea three times to visit cooler climates and different ecology. The kitchen was amazing and we are a family of foodies. Nearby groceries were easy to manage. This saved a lot on eating out. A very central yet high quality location for the Big Island. However many of our best memories will likely be playing with grandchildren in the pool... Our sincere thanks to the owner and Yuki for being such good hosts. Located on the bottom floor, this room is completely private from the rest of the home with its own outside lanai. The second, third and fourth bedroom are located on the third floor. Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and has its own private bathroom while bedrooms #3 and #4 each contains a queen size bed and share a bathroom. Each of the upstairs bedrooms have available air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. From the top floor, there is a separate entrance and access to the pool and lanai areas, as well as the driveway, making for convenient luggage transfer. Recently installed the Sonos entertaining system. This home  is also a near net zero property and the owners are very environmentally conscious.  Included in the rental rate is a daily average of 2 hours of heated spa use.  Additional usage is subject to additional charges.
