House Rule
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation or in the internal communal areas of apartment blocks. A surcharge of £250 will be made if evidence of smoking is discovered in the accommodation, to cover additional cleaning charges. If the smoke odour is not able to be removed in time for the apartment to be fresh and ready for the next guest, the next guest will be moved to alternative accommodation and these additional nights will be charged for loss of earnings and depending on how many nights it takes for the smoke to be removed.
House Rule
Pets must be agreed prior to the confirmed booking. The pet fee is £25/night. You will be responsible for any damages that your pets cause during your stay and for any additional cleaning that may be required at our absolute discretion.

No Parties: We operate a strict no party policy; the accommodation cannot under any circumstances be used for partying, playing loud music or general nuisance behaviour. If a breach of this condition has occurred, Sterling Accommodation reserves the right to cancel the booking with immediate effect, without refund, and an additional surcharge of £250.

Should any guest(s) or their members staying with them cause a disturbance to others in the same building, resulting in that person(s) having to visit the apartment to complain, then Sterling Collection reserves the right to charge the guest £50.
