Villa Claire Corfu is an enchanting detached villa in the island’s central and convenient spot surrounded by lush green surroundings close to the vibrant resort of Benitses. Encircled by a beautiful swimming pool, a BBQ area, multiple private outdoor spaces, and an olive and fruit-bearing private garden, the property is on 10 acres of prime real estate. It has many original characteristics, including three separate expansive levels, wooden staircases, traditional beams, marble flooring, and stone exterior corridors. Free parking spots and free WiFi are available on the property. You will have exclusive use of the entire property while you are our guests.
Villa
This recently refurbished and gracefully furnished air-conditioned villa is split into two distinct parts; the Main Building which encompasses three bedrooms, and three bathrooms and the independent flat studio (Guesthouse) with one bedroom, a living room, a functional kitchenette, and a bathroom - shower. The Main Building can accommodate up to 6 individuals while an additional 3 people are in the Guesthouse. An extra charge applies if the Guesthouse is requested for groups of 6 or fewer. The upstairs bedrooms are adorned with private furnished balconies, whereas the mezzanine level holding a double bedroom and the dining area provides direct access to the courtyard. There is also a new, fully equipped kitchen featuring wooden countertops and plenty of storage space, and a cosy living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen 65'' satellite TV, and a comfortable corner sofa. Furthermore, the main enormous bathroom situated on the first level as well, offers a huge corner bath, a double wash basin, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, hairdryers, iron, and ironing facilities, toiletries, cleaning, and disinfection products. Additionally, the villa boasts plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space.
SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
Bedroom 1- Mezzanine: ensuite bathroom, double bed, built-in wardrobe, immediate access to the patio.
Bedroom 2 -Top floor: ensuite bathroom, king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, private balcony with outdoor furniture. It is accessed by its own staircase.
Bedroom 3 -Top floor: accessed by its own wooden staircase, equipped with two contemporary single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, private balcony with outdoor furniture.
Bedroom 4-Guesthouse: double bed space with direct access to the garden.

· Villa Claire Corfu is a fully green villa. Solar energy powers the swimming pool's operation, lighting and all of the appliances.
· Although owning a car is advised, if needed, we may arrange a private transfer at an additional cost.
· All utilities, including air conditioning, wifi, electric device use, weekly housekeeping, bedding, towels, pool towels, travel cots, and high chairs upon request, are included in the rental
price.
· Daily garden care, pool cleaning, and maintenance are also included.
· For an additional charge, extra services such as cooking, horseback riding, mobile spa treatments, private transfers, and extra housekeeping can be arranged.
LOCATION
At Benitses Resort, there's something for everyone to enjoy, be it the excitement of cycling, hiking, and water sports, or the tranquillity of swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing in a sun chair. The charming and lively village of Benitses, which is nearby, offers the ideal setting for quick access to the entire island. Benitses is known to be one of the island's cleanest beaches, as well as an array of eateries, marketplaces, handicraft stores, playgrounds, and a recently constructed marina.

Extra Person Fee
Please note that our rates are based on 6 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to a maximum of 9, there will be an extra person fee of 60,00 euros per person per night paid directly to the Owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 per cent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 40 per cent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Stripe
Payment Balance
The balance of payment is due 20 days prior to arrival.
Check-In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify the owner if they expect to arrive after.
