This newly built home located in central Kings Beach is just a 5-minute walk away from all beach activities one could imagine and just a short drive away to 6 ski resorts and 4 golf courses. If offers a garage with a 50-amp car charging outlet. The home has many windows to let in lots of light, with deck off master bedroom and a friendly front porch for relaxing after a fun day out. Living Area Relax in a spacious living room with reclining chairs and sofa in front of a full-size gas fireplace. The room has a smart HD flat-screen TV + WIFI. Next to it is a separate family area to relax in that looks out to the rear yard. This location has a full size futon and is next to a half bath. Kitchen & Dining Has all new energy efficient appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and stove. For your use are many of your daily appliances you may need such as coffee maker, water kettle for teas, blenders, rice maker and electric fry pan. You will have available pots, pans, knifes, dishes, mixing bowls, cookie sheets and utensils to make just about anything you may want to cook. If offers a huge center granite top island with stools and a large dining table. Last you are welcome to use any of the items in the cabinets such as spices, oils, coffee, teas, that may be present. Bedrooms Master has a Queen Bed, with its own balcony with partial view of the lake. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed with full size closet and dresser Bedroom 3 has two Twin Beds with full size closet and dresser Bathrooms Master bedroom with in sync full size bathroom, double sink with large shower and heated floors. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a large bathroom with shower and it two has double sinks and heated floor. Half bath is down stairs in family room All bathrooms have available to you the essentials such as fresh towels, hand soaps, shampoos, hair dryer to help you during your stay. Beach towels available. Garage The garage is available to use and will hold one full size SUV or truck and it has an electric 50amp 240 volt outlet for charging. Guest will have to bring their own adapter and there will be a small fee charged per charging. Parking The driveway will hold two normal size autos. There is off street parking available near by but not in front of home or travel trailer next to home. Backyard The backyard has a nice seating area under a covered patio. It has a BBQ, and full size cooler for your use but it is on wheels and cannot be taken to the beach. The backyard landscape is not totally completed yet, it is a work in progress in between reservations but is still a nice and safe setting. Should be completed by Spring 22. Guest Entry Upon completion of your reservation prior to your arrival you will be given a code for the key box at the front door and a code for the garage. Considerations for this home Our home is intended for the guest reserving the home only. Should you want to be with others while here please consider any one of the many wonderful locations such as the beach, restaurants, or parks to have your meetings. This home is professionally cleaned prior to your visit. This home as central heat and no AIR CONDITIONING. Each bedroom has large windows and a portable fan to provide cooling as needed.
