One of the 2 upstairs bedrooms features an en-suite shower room and a kingsize bed. Furnished also to a very good standard, this is a lovely place from where to enjoy the peace and calm of the vendée countryside. Just 30 minutes from the beautiful sunny beaches. Shop, cafe - bar and restaurants 5km. Approximate distance to La Rochelle airport is 31km. Lots of tourist attractions within an hours drive, including Puy de Fou one of France's best known theme parks - well worth a visit.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 42 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 GBP is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
